But I also wasn't paying attention, and started a "new job". With all those factors, who knows if it's really doing anything for me. <br /><br />I make a smoothie for weekday breakfasts and sometimes for lunch on the weekends. I make mine with spinach, frozen berries, carrot juice, milk, peanut butter, protein powder, chia seeds.
